How can we answer the many questions young children have about death?
This is a classic children's book that uses the metaphor of waterbugs transforming into dragonflies to help explain death in a gentle, hopeful, and age-appropriate way. It was originally written after Stickney sought a meaningful way to explain the death of a young child to neighbourhood children and has been widely used by families, schools, churches, and grief counselors.
